Florist was pleasant and very helpful, she rang me immediately with regards to the fact she didn't have colours requested as here flower delivery couldn't get to her due to severe weather conditions. We agreed on an alternative and even due to weather conditions the flowers were delivered on the same day. Also happy that you receive a photo of the actual bouquet.
